    Showcase investment in employee growth and development through metrics such as training hours per employee, participation rates in learning programs, certifications earned, and career advancement opportunities.

  • Employee Recognition and Rewards:

    Demonstrate a strong culture of recognition and rewards through metrics such as employee recognition programs, rewards and incentives, and employee feedback on recognition efforts.

  • Employee Development and Promotion:
