Vishnu TJ, Senior Manager – Identity & Access Management, Happiest Minds Technologies. Vishnu has over 12+ years of experience as an Identity & Access Management consultant, lead, project manager, and thought leader with a demonstrated history of working in the financial, product & services industries. He is currently a senior manager and head of the IDAM/IAM practice. Vishnu’s expertise in IAM has helped many clients develop high-level designs, strategies, and deployment. He is responsible for IDAM business growth for the USA, ME, UK, India, and AUS. Before Happiest Minds, Vishnu was part of DXC Technologies, Oracle, Barclays, and ANZ Bank, architecting and implementing large IAM programs and being a key member of Cyber Security process improvement initiatives. Besides Cyber Security and IAM, he enjoys yoga, boxing, and cricket. He is an enthusiastic reader and a fan of self-help & autobiographies.
